It is good to have time to go through things and also read! Time is a valuable thing. ChefWear is a good catalogue. I have never felt their stuff was overpriced. They do keep up with back of the house fashions. Good thing about not being a manager at a restaurant is I don’t have to compensate for good employees’ low salaries by buying them shoes and clothing. Though I have done it in retail also. Life goes on.
