Edition Nineteen 1 to 7 November 2009 (Wine by Cush)

Edition Nineteen has a few posts all of which are short pieces or reflections. The new system is productive and I expect more in the future editions. I will also have more of the traditional posts. Most professionals can benefit from authoring books in their fields but the time-commitment makes it unpractical for the majority. Writing e-booklets is a great substitute to share knowledge and skill while committing only a few hours. Most restaurant wine lists have the potential to compete with those of wine bars if a few small changes are made. Neurobics is a great system of brain exercise which can also help professionals develop better wine tasting skills. Colors have influence over our eating and drinking habits. A good system for placing wine and spirit orders online can help more products reach more buyers. Coffee has been upgrading itself in quality and price and may someday cost as much as a meal!
