Re: Red Wine–To Chill or Not to Chill


 

I like this post. The information is accurate and useful but very basic. I don’t know if they had space to fill or this really fits an audience. I remember a professor who used to mark things with “so what?” asking for the point. I felt like saying “so what?” Room temperature is dangerous. I have heard of people who were heart broken because a favorite bottle saved for many years, in the living room, etc., had gone extremely bad. The light and temperature fluctuations do incredible harm. Room in French refers to cellar not a room in the house. The trivial issues will never go away. will they?
