I think craft beers will find a very stable place in American dining tradition and should be watched by restaurateur. The trend has been around but has picked up and will make for a good segment of the market. The biggest advantage of the craft beer is its low price and appeal to bring guests in. The huge brewery products don’t attract quality guests, for obvious reasons, but craft beer can attract good quality diners out to spend less but more often. Craft beer will become a must in good restaurants to watch for.
