This maybe a commercial effort with an open agenda but is still a great idea. The flexible food options do a great deal of good for the San Francisco food culture. A regular presence by mobile vendors makes them economically successful and during outside events they provide quality versus the hardcore mobile food businesses. The latter are just businesses with wheels. Quality, passion and innovation are not anywhere in the agenda. Smart mobile food has great dynamics for a versatile city as San Francisco.
