Edition Seven – 7 August to 14 August 2009 (WinebyCush)



Edition Seven is done and I made progress in loading more posts using my new system. I expect the number of posts to increase weekly as my new system becomes the standard.

Starbucks will see beer and wine. Where will the guests sit? The consumption of alcohol takes time and I assume Starbucks would not dare have to-go drinks. A trend of necessity to watch.

Beer is everywhere and summer is the season. Does anybody else have beer and wine too cold as Californians do?

A nice wine and cheese tasting came up this week and I missed as usual.

New York Times shows the food critic and do its best to maintain the food writing integrity at the same time.

Good news. California may someday get rid of French oak. That will be the end of many of its wines when exposed as they are. But is a step toward making wine and not manufacturing.

EU Regulations, Alsace wines and women are all included. How about a steak flight? A great idea that is harder than said to do.
